Parents and Guardians

  • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult or carer who must remain within the building at all times.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be provided for unattended bookings or booking errors. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • If Wacky Playland must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), your booked play session or event ticket can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, a refund will be processed.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Timed sessions are operated during busy periods, so we recommend booking in advance to secure a space. Walk-ins may not be accommodated.
  • Opening days and times may vary and are subject to change without notice. Please check our website or contact us for updates.
  • If you book the last time slot, please confirm closing times and last food order cutoffs to avoid disappointment.
  • Socks must be worn on the play equipment at all times by both children and adults.
  • Outside food or drink is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made for allergies. Let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
  • No smoking, including the use of vapes or e-cigarettes, is permitted anywhere on-site.
  • For safety and hygiene, children who are unwell or have been unwell within the last 48 hours must not visit Wacky Playland.
  • Fighting, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  • Jewellery, watches, or any sharp items must be removed before entering the soft play area.
  • The Toddler and Sensory Area is designated for children aged 3 years and under and must be supervised by someone 16 years or older.
  • CCTV is in operation for the safety and security of all customers and staff.
  • All accidents or spillages must be reported to staff immediately.

Lost Property

Wacky Playland is not responsible for lost or left-behind items. A lost property box is available, but we cannot guarantee items will be found or returned.

Party Terms and Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Parties can be rescheduled once with at least 7 days' notice. Deposits remain non-refundable. A transfer fee may apply at the discretion of management. Transfers to another date are not permitted within 48 hours of the party.
  • If Wacky Playland must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), your party can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance, and payment will be expected based on these numbers.
  • Birthday cakes or cupcakes brought to the venue must comply with Natasha's Law.
  • Party poppers, confetti cannons, silly string, and pinatas are not allowed for safety reasons.
  • If hiring external entertainers, face painters, or mascots, insurance documents must be provided at least one week in advance.

Self-Catered Parties

  • The person booking the party is responsible for food safety, allergens, and hygiene.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable 48 hours prior to the party.
  • Party food must be consumed in the designated party area, and food or drink is not allowed on the play equipment or in the sports arena.

Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Wacky Playland Monthly Membership provides unlimited weekday soft play sessions during standard opening hours, subject to availability. Membership does not include weekends, special events, or ticketed sessions unless otherwise stated.

2. Member Benefits

Members receive the following benefits:

  • 10% off café purchases (excluding the Little Treasures shop)
  • 10% off birthday party bookings
  • 10% off Wacky Playland events
  • One (1) free Friend Pass per month, allowing entry for one additional walking child

Friend Passes must be used within the membership month and cannot be carried over.

3. Booking & Usage Rules

  • Membership sessions must be booked in advance where required.
  • Memberships are valid for one named child only and cannot be shared.
  • Members must not share login details or book sessions on behalf of others.
  • One adult is included per visit; this adult may vary.
  • Additional adults must purchase a standard admission ticket.

4. Fair Use & Attendance Policy

We operate a fair use policy to ensure availability for all members. If sessions are repeatedly booked and not attended without prior notice, this may result in membership cancellation. A 3-strike policy applies to no-shows without notice.

5. Payment

Membership is charged monthly in advance via your selected payment method. By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly payments until cancellation.

6. Cancellation by Member

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future payments.
  • No refunds will be given for unused time within the current billing period.

7. Cancellation by Wacky Playland

We reserve the right to cancel any membership at our discretion. In such cases, a refund may be issued where appropriate.

8. Refund Policy

All membership purchases and passes are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for unused sessions or benefits.

9. Opening Hours & Closures

Opening times may vary. Wacky Playland reserves the right to close the facility or restrict access for private hire, events, maintenance, or safety reasons.

10. Health & Safety

  • All visitors must follow our safety rules at all times.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.

11. Illness Policy

Visitors showing signs of illness should not attend the facility to protect other guests and staff.

12. Liability

Wacky Playland accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by negligence. Personal belongings are left at your own risk.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
