Bronze and Silver parties can host up to 27 children so everyone fits in the party room. Gold exclusive parties can host up to 53 children.
There are plenty of extras available, including mascot hire, character visits, dessert platters, sandwiches, fruit platters and hot food for adults. The most popular extras start from around £25, with mascot and character options from higher price points.
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you want digital invitations or add-ons, email the team. Around a week before the party they'll check whether you'd like anything else added and ask about allergies. Final child numbers and the remaining balance are confirmed 48 hours before the party.

Usually no, because add-on platters and the cafe bar are available for food, drinks and snacks. Birthday cake, cupcakes and party favours are still fine to bring.
Yes. Self-catering is allowed, but the general hire price stays the same and food is not provided by the venue.
Each child gets chicken nuggets, a mini sausage roll, a mini pizza, skin-on fries, cucumber and carrot sticks, plus bowls of crisps to share. Unlimited squash and water are included too. Silver packages also include a cupcake per child, and Gold packages include a cupcake per child plus a biscuit platter.

Yes. Party parents can arrive around 15 to 20 minutes early, although the team may still be cleaning up from the previous session when you arrive.

No. If they are not eating the party food, they do not need to be included in the child count.
Yes. You can ask for a drinks or snacks tab for parents, and the team can restrict it however you'd like, for example tea and coffee only or a set spending cap.
Gold parties usually have more flexibility for extra children to play, although extra party food may not be available at short notice. For Bronze and Silver parties, especially at weekends, there may only be room for one or two extra children if the centre is fully booked. The team will always try their best to help where they can.
Pastel plates, cups and cutlery are provided, and plain napkins are available for cake time. Themed decor sets such as banners, table covers, cut-outs and helium balloons can be hired separately, with options including themes like Bluey, Disney Princess, Marvel, Gabby's Dollhouse and Peppa Pig.
