Parents and Guardians
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult or carer who must remain within the building at all times.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be provided for unattended bookings or booking errors. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking with at least 24 hours' notice.
- If Wacky Playland must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), your booked play session or event ticket can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, a refund will be processed.
General Terms and Conditions
- Timed sessions are operated during busy periods, so we recommend booking in advance to secure a space. Walk-ins may not be accommodated.
- Opening days and times may vary and are subject to change without notice. Please check our website or contact us for updates.
- If you book the last time slot, please confirm closing times and last food order cutoffs to avoid disappointment.
- Socks must be worn on the play equipment at all times by both children and adults.
- Outside food or drink is not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made for allergies. Let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
- No smoking, including the use of vapes or e-cigarettes, is permitted anywhere on-site.
- For safety and hygiene, children who are unwell or have been unwell within the last 48 hours must not visit Wacky Playland.
- Fighting, bullying, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Jewellery, watches, or any sharp items must be removed before entering the soft play area.
- The Toddler and Sensory Area is designated for children aged 3 years and under and must be supervised by someone 16 years or older.
- CCTV is in operation for the safety and security of all customers and staff.
- All accidents or spillages must be reported to staff immediately.
Lost Property
Wacky Playland is not responsible for lost or left-behind items. A lost property box is available, but we cannot guarantee items will be found or returned.
Party Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Parties can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits remain non-refundable.
- If Wacky Playland must close due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), your party can be rescheduled at no additional cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, the deposit remains non-refundable.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance, and payment will be expected based on these numbers.
- Birthday cakes or cupcakes brought to the venue must comply with Natasha's Law.
- Party poppers, confetti cannons, silly string, and pinatas are not allowed for safety reasons.
- If hiring external entertainers, face painters, or mascots, insurance documents must be provided at least one week in advance.
Self-Catered Parties
- The person booking the party is responsible for food safety, allergens, and hygiene.
- A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the party.
- Party food must be consumed in the designated party area, and food or drink is not allowed on the play equipment or in the sports arena.
Membership Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a Wacky Playland Membership, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.
- Full Access Membership: Entitles the named member(s) to unlimited entry for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Closures for maintenance or seasonal shutdowns will not extend your membership duration.
- Term-Time Membership: Allows access only on weekdays during school term times, as per Worcestershire's school term calendar.
- Special Events: Membership covers standard play sessions only. Special events, themed days, or ticketed activities may require an additional fee.
- Identification: Membership cards must be correctly completed and presented with valid identification upon entry. Failure to do so may result in the applicable admission fee being charged.
- Child Memberships: An adult's details must be provided for correspondence. Children under 16 must always be accompanied by someone aged 18 or older.
- Changes and Cancellations: Events are subject to change without prior notice. Wacky Playland is not liable for closures due to circumstances beyond our control. Memberships will not be extended or refunded in such instances.
- Duration and Refunds: All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. No short-term memberships, pro-rata refunds, or early termination refunds are offered.
- Exclusions: Memberships cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, vouchers, group bookings, school visits, birthday parties, or seasonal events.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are strictly non-transferable. Wacky Playland reserves the right to revoke membership at any time, particularly in cases of non-adherence to our Code of Conduct. Abuse toward staff will result in immediate termination without refund.
- Data Privacy: By purchasing a membership, you consent to Wacky Playland retaining your details for administrative purposes. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Force Majeure: In the unlikely event of compulsory closures due to circumstances such as pandemics or other uncontrollable events, memberships will not be refunded or extended.
